In yoga, we will work from the integration of different traditions: Hatha, Lamasería (Tibetan exercises) and Runas (Nordic exercises). "A mystical journey into your interior", a pilgrimage to your essence and real nature. The true purpose of life is to express in existence what we are in essence.

Yoga is a practice that provides us with many benefits on a physical, mental and spiritual level:

 

  • strengthens the body

  • Improve flexibility 

  • Relieves chronic pain and corrects bad postures

  • If combined with meditation, it helps prevent cognitive deterioration by giving us vitality.

  • It strengthens the immune system, also allowing us to improve abdominal breathing with the practice of asanas and oxygenate the whole body.

  • It balances the nervous system, reinforces cardiovascular health, and in addition, yoga becomes a great tool to be more aware and discover our nature.
