Navaratri Shakti Sādhana – Encounter with Sacred Art

Navaratri is one of the most sacred celebrations of the Indian tradition: nine days and nine nights dedicated to honoring the Divine Mother in her multiple manifestations.

This workshop at Pneuma Dance represents the continuation and deepening of the Sādhana carried out at Pneuma Institute. While the first part focused on daily devotion, mantra, and inner reflection, this second stage brings the practice into the realm of sacred art, where dance, symbolism, and embodied devotion become a pathway to transformation.

It is not only a conclusion, but a progression: an opportunity to integrate the spiritual insights of the Navaratri journey with the expressive and contemplative dimension of Bharatanatyam, meditation, and sacred aesthetics.
