Hatha Yoga is one of the most traditional and accessible forms of yoga—ideal for those who wish to begin a conscious, steady, and grounding practice. In this class, we explore: - Foundational postures (asanas) to build strength, flexibility, and balance - Breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and deepen awareness - Principles of alignment for safe and mindful movement - Gentle relaxation and moments of meditation The pace is slow and intentional, allowing space to feel, breathe, and connect with the body. Each session becomes an invitation to return to yourself through movement, breath, and stillness. No previous experience is required. This class is open to complete beginners, as well as to those who wish to revisit the foundations with greater presence and softness. Hatha Yoga offers a path to feel more grounded, at ease, and fully alive—both on and off the mat.
